Southeast Tennis Academy and Facility Management

Universal Tennis Academy (UTA) has had a presence in the Southeast for over 23 years. UTA offers the most comprehensive set of opportunities for players of all ages and levels. Over 30,000 tennis players play at its 14 locations annually, which include 110 hard courts, 17 clay courts, and 4 indoor courts, and clubs in the public and private sector.

Website Development

Universal Tennis Academy needed a website refresh with updated designs and functionality. The focus for this website design was to make the entire site cohesive, yet allow flexibility on the location and sub-location pages, so each facility can promote and highlight their different initiatives. The UTA website needed to be extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate for parents and players looking for specific facilities and programs.

With Bearpaw Partners controlling website management, UTA asked us to bring several of its outdated processes into the digital landscape. Now, users can request tournament coaching, register for a tournament, sign up for camps, and book a court all from the UTA website.

Search Engine Optimization

The 100+ page website we redesigned is completely optimized for search and out-ranks most other tennis academies in the same markets. Every page on the site has an optimal SEO title and meta description, and includes a multitude of content that is structured around desired keywords.

Photography & Video Production

To revamp UTA’s website and social media presence, we did dozens of photoshoots at all 14 of its facilities capturing moments. These photoshoots including summer camps, junior programming, adult programming, and special events. In addition to the photoshoots, we managed dozens of video shoots including drone footage of each facility, “Meet the Pro” interview shorts, and live workouts across streaming platforms.

Social Media

Prior to our partnership, UTA had a social presence, but was not using the platforms to the fullest. We optimized its Facebook presence and visibility by creating one brand page with 14 location pages underneath. We also created UTA an Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube to reach a larger audience. On a daily basis, we post original content to all platforms and engage with UTA’s loyal following.
